Chosen Magazine Advert image

We have chosen this image as our magazine advert as we feel it will generate more male and female interest as there are both male and female influence in the photo.

We really like this image is it is natural and shows a soft, genuine side to our artist. Unlike images, for example, that Lady GAGA would use on her adverts

, it shows an easy loving side which will appeal to a number of ages in our audience, therefore generate more interest.

We decided this kind of relaxed theme suited our artists personality and genre of music. It would look a bit odd if we had a really over the top image ( like lady GAGA's above) to go hand in hand with a subtle styled album. 

I really like this image as we cant see his face, making the photo and identity of this artist more of a mystery. This will hopefull urge the audience to research the artist, protentially resulting in a purchase of the album.

This photo creates a dreamy image set with the sense of the artist walking off in to the sunset; a classic icon of living your dreams, on the way to a happy ending.
